If items ordered online from OPPO store that are found arrived damaged or incorrect, please do not sign the package, and claim rejection to the courier .Once we receive your item, the refund will be initiated immediately.
It takes around 1-14 business days to process a refund. If a product return is involved, it may take slightly longer because we have to check the returned parcel.
