Most items are shipped by Bluedart and small amounts of items are shipped by Delhivery.

The shipping fee is 49 INR when the order haven't over 549 INR.

If you want to return the product with quality problems, please do not sign the package.
If you want to exchange, the device purchased on oppo store come with a 30-day exchange window if it is found to be functionally defective, starting from the date of delivery.
In such a case, please report the issue to us by live chat or by directly visiting any of our service centers. As a part of our troubleshooting process, we might ask you to download certain diagnostic tools to detect the issue with the device and post validation of the complaint, we would initiate the replacement procedures.

1. If no payment has been made, no further action is required - the order will automatically be canceled after 2 hours.
2. If you have already paid for your order, you can try canceling your order in Order Section of your OPPO account.
3. If that method doesn't work because your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the parcel when delivered. The refund process will be initiated after the package backs to the warehouse. The process will be completed within 7 days (Not counted from the date of the parcel being rejected). Your refund will be directed to the original source of payment.

If items ordered online from OPPO store that are found arrived damaged or incorrect, please do not sign the package, and claim rejection to the courier .Once we receive your item, the refund will be initiated immediately.
