If you want to return the product with quality problems, please do not sign the package.
If you want to exchange, the device purchased on oppo store come with a 15-day exchange window if it is found to be functionally defective, starting from the date of delivery.
In such a case, please report the issue to us by live chat or by directly visiting any of our service centers. As a part of our troubleshooting process, we might ask you to download certain diagnostic tools to detect the issue with the device and post validation of the complaint, we would initiate the replacement procedures.

1. If no payment has been made, no further action is required - the order will automatically be canceled after 2 hours.

3. If that method doesn't work because your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the parcel when delivered. The refund process will be initiated after the package backs to the warehouse.
